Base Ruck

Advanced Ruck

Lots of fun and fitness! A one-hour class where you’ll carry between 10 and 15 percent of your body weight in your pack for a moderately-paced two-mile hike with a few special excercises at the half-way point. Expect to burn about 400 to 600 calories, build cardio and strength!

Fast-paced, steeper terrain, pushing your limits carrying 20% of your body weight in your pack. Still one-hour, but expect to be elevating your heart rate with intervals, lunges, and more!

This one-hour class incorporates both a moderate-paced ruck two-mile hike carrying around 15 percent of your body weight, with intervals, and using the weights in your pack for a variety of strength exercises. Expect to burn about 600 to 800 calories, build cardio and strength!
